Abstract: As the new liberal arts movement continues to advance, to better equip university business faculty with the challenges of the digital economy era, this study examines digital literacy frameworks and assessment tools from both domestic and international educators. Based on the actual conditions of domestic universities, we aim to develop a comprehensive digital literacy training and evaluation system for university business faculty, encompassing educational duties, scientific research, and societal service. The evaluation system is structured into three tiers: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Utilizing scientific training and assessment methods, this study aims to enhance the digital literacy of university business faculty to adapt to the rapidly evolving technological landscape. It provides effective theoretical support and practical guidance for the digital transformation of traditional business education, thereby contributing to the advancement of the new liberal arts movement
