Operation Logic and Future Focus of the “National Excellence Teacher Program” to Promote the Training of Outstanding Innovative Talents from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Force Development

Abstract: From the perspective of the development of new quality productive forces, the important significance of of implementing the“National Excellent Teacher Plan”includes cultivating high-level innovative teachers, strengthening the reserve of high-quality elementary education teachers, and giving play to the leading and driving role of talents in the development of new quality productive forces. In order to promote the training of outstanding innovative talents with the“National Excellence Teacher Program”, it is necessary to follow the operation logic that high-level selection and“dual quality”cultivation should be integrated to improve the quality of elementary education teachers, high-level comprehensive universities should collaborate with“double mentors”to provide a field for teachers'professional development, and outstanding innovative talents cultivation should drive the subversive technological innovation and transformation of innovative achievements. And the it should strictly implement the selection criteria for the“National Excellence Teacher Plan”, strengthen the integration of comprehensive university resources, and improve the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics.
