Research on the Symbiotic Mechanism of Teaching Innovation Team Construction in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: This article elaborates on the basic characteristics of teaching innovation team building, including purposefulness, diversity, collaboration, and innovation. At the same time, it explores the symbiotic mechanism of teaching innovation team building in vocational colleges from three aspects: symbiotic units, symbiotic models, and symbiotic environments. Based on this, a series of symbiotic paths are proposed to promote the professional growth of team teachers, improve teaching quality, and also hope to promote the standardized and scientific development of teaching innovation team building in vocational colleges.
