Abstract: Given the current challenges in training biomedical professionals at private universities, a “five-in-one” innovative and entrepreneurial training model was developed. This model combines five elements—student internships, innovation and entrepreneurship projects, biology competitions, graduation designs, and teacher research—into a biology competition team. By integrating teacher leadership and student participation in teaching and research projects, a win-win-win outcome is achieved for the college, teachers, and students, serving as a model for personnel training in private colleges and universities.
