Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Talent Training Model of Integration of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education on the Basis of Integrating Education with Productive Labor

Abstract: The integration of secondary and vocational education is a direction for the development of vocational education in our country. However, in its operations, there are some problems such as the incomplete integration education of productive labor, unclear orientation of talent training goals, unreasonable curriculum system settings, improper allocation of teacher resources, and insufficient cultivation of students'innovative abilities and so on. This thesis first conducts a thorough analysis of these issues and proposes a series of targeted solutions, aiming to provide valuable references and insights for the further reform and development of integrated secondary and vocational education.
