Exploring the Reform of Practical Teaching for Graduate Students of Architecture from the Perspective of Employment

Abstract: Practical ability is one of the important standards for testing and evaluating the quality of graduate education in universities. With the continuous promotion of graduate education reform, exploring the cultivation of practical abilities is of great significance for improving the quality of graduate education and employment. This paper explores the integration of curriculum teaching and design project practice, as well as the joint guidance of enterprise mentors, in the reform of practical teaching for graduate students majoring in architecture. The aim is to cultivate the engineering practical ability of graduate students, promote employment rates, and assist in the collaborative education of science and education.
