Abstract: By establishing a long-term and stable school enterprise interaction mechanism, schools can gain a deeper understanding of the actual employment needs of industries and enterprises, actively connect with enterprise needs and work environments, and create employment opportunities and provide support and guidance for students. Therefore, this article will start with the necessity of constructing a normalized mechanism for visiting enterprises and expanding positions to promote employment, and explore the construction ideas of a normalized mechanism for vocational colleges to visit enterprises and expand positions to promote employment.
