Research on the Application of Interdisciplinary Education in Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Abilities of Foreign Language Majors

Abstract: In the context of accelerated globalization and rapid technological development, cultivating foreign language professionals with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities has become a core issue in the education sector. This article explores the application value of interdisciplinary education in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among foreign language majors. By comprehensively analyzing the actual situation and challenges faced by foreign language majors in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities, an educational strategy plan that integrates interdisciplinary education concepts is proposed. Research has shown that the interdisciplinary education model has effectively promoted the progress of foreign language majors in shaping innovative thinking, improving practical skills, and enhancing industry adaptability through curriculum reform, deepening practical teaching and school enterprise collaboration, and enhancing the interdisciplinary competence of teacher teams.
