With the integration of medicine and engineering fields, machine learning is increasingly widely used in medicine. However, there are many problems in the current machine learning courses in medical colleges, such as the disconnection between the teaching content and the actual demand, the inflexibility of traditional teaching methods, and the lack of practical opportunities for students. To this end, a series of reform plans are proposed, including focusing on medical application scenarios, introducing interdisciplinary cooperation, innovating teaching methods, and strengthening practical links. Through the reform and practice, the learning enthusiasm of student is improved, the learning effect is remarkable, the interdisciplinary cooperation effect is obvious, and the employment competitiveness is enhanced. This paper aims to provide reference for the teaching reform of machine learning courses in medical colleges and promote the development of education under the background of medical industry integration.

The fundamental mission of a university faculty development center is to enhance the teaching effectiveness of instructors. Based on the construction and research findings of the faculty development center at Hefei University of Technology, focusing on the horizontal expansion of two key areas - teacher role reshaping and teaching strategy innovation - can significantly improve the intrinsic value and competitiveness of the faculty development center. Effectively integrating three vertical elements: national policies, university development, and individual faculty development planning, can notably boost the instrumental value of the center and optimize the teaching performance of faculty members. Implementing goal-oriented strategies and designing quantifiable, adjustable, and predictive faculty development plans can effectively increase faculty's sense of identification. Constructing a continuously progressive ecosystem for faculty development and emphasizing the effective translation of training outcomes into classroom teaching skills are key to ensuring the sustainable development of the faculty development center.

At present, with the rise of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the tradieional talent cultivation model in the Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering major at Huzhou College is struggling to meet the needs of local economic and social development. Addressing these issues, this paper proposes reforms and innovations in the talent cultivation model based on industry-education integration, taking advantage of the new engineering initiative and grounded in the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) concept. The reform explores a new model of talent cultivation that aligns with the operation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and features the regional industry, starting from setting talent cultivation goals, optimizing the curriculum system structure, fostering collaboration in industry-education integration, building a team of “dual-qualified” teachers, and constructing a diversified evaluation mechanism. The effectiveness of the reform is significant, offering valuable insights for similar colleges looking to improve their talent cultivation model.

The integration of specialization and innovation is an important lever for vocational colleges to serve the national innovation strategy, and also a key task for the construction of “double high” in colleges. Deepening the integration of specialization and innovation under the perspective of the “double high plan” can promote the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents, promote the connotative development of vocational education, and help achieve the goal of building a national innovative strategic power. However, currently under the “double high plan”, vocational colleges still face some problems in deepening the integration of specialization and innovation. In the research, a systematic analysis method is used to summarize these problems, and combined with specific practical activities of vocational colleges, improvement paths are proposed from three aspects: building a virtuous educational ecosystem of “specialization and innovation integration”, establishing a “credit bank system” for innovation and entrepreneurship, and building a leading teaching team of “dual teachers and four abilities”, to provide reference significance for more vocational colleges to deepen the integration of specialization and innovation.

To adapt to the economic development trend where the regional industrial structure is transitioning towards digitalization and intelligence, computer-related majors in higher education institutions need to undergo “new engineering” construction and educational reform. Therefore, this paper starts from the OBE (Outcomes-Based Education) philosophy, with the core of integrating industry and education for training, proposing a training model for computer-related field engineers. It combines the industry-education integration measures of the “Huawei ICT Academy” at Xizang Minzu University and the practice and effectiveness of educational reform in computer-related majors, pointing out a feasible solution to the problem of mismatch between the needs of universities and enterprises.

Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial qualities of college students is not only an important component of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions, but also a manifestation of educational soft value. However, the current situation is that the innovation and entrepreneurship education in some colleges and universities focuses on teaching theoretical knowledge rather than after-school practical guidance, resulting in the lack of training opportunities for students to “learn by doing” and the failure to truly understand the value and essence of innovation and entrepreneurship, which makes it difficult to cultivate and develop students’innovative and entrepreneurial qualities. Based on it, by summarizing the relevant concepts, this paper analyzes the existing problems in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial qualities of college students, and based on these problems, puts forward the strategies for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial qualities of college students from three aspects: education objective, curriculum provision and teaching methods.

The integration of industry and education, as well as school enterprise cooperation, is the basic modes of vocational education. China's vocational education has gone through a practical exploration from integrating theory with practice to integrating industry and education and then to integrating industry and education. In practice, the important role of platform carriers has gradually been recognized, and therefore, the country’s institutional design is also promoting and guiding the construction and operation of industry education integration carriers such as vocational education group, industry-education integration community, and industry-education integration consortium. On the basis of clarifying the connotation and function of industrial colleges, this article analyzes the advantages of establishing industrial colleges based on the platform of industry-education integration, and the established model of industrial colleges based on the platform of industry education integration; Taking Shandong Pharmaceutical and Food Vocational College as an example, summarize the practical experience of integrating industry and education in promoting the construction of industrial colleges, in order to provide a reference for the construction of industrial colleges in vocational colleges.
