    The integration of production and education provides an effective solution for further deepening education reform and improving the quality of applied talents training in colleges and universities. The multi-subject cooperative education mode of "school-enterprise research" not only gives full play to the resource advantages of all parties, but also optimizes the applied talent training system and makes up for the shortcomings of applied talent training. Colleges and universities have obvious regional advantages in the integration of industry and education. They can carry out educational activities according to the development trend and demand of local economy, so as to smooth the "last mile" of education and employment. Based on the background of applied talents training in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the current problems of applied talents training in colleges and universities, and then gives full play to the maximum application of applied practical teaching system combined with multiple collaborative training mechanism.     Facing the new era and new challenges, this paper provides new ideas and directions for the construction of modern industrial colleges from the perspective of innovating the organizational structure of modern industrial colleges, in view of the three major dilemmas that modern industrial colleges are currently facing, such as ambiguous construction strategies, lagging governance systems and rigid education models.     The improvement of engineering education and teaching innovation ability of teachers in application-oriented engineering colleges and universities aims to cultivate an application-oriented, compound and innovative talent system as a support. In order to further clarify the connotation of engineering education and teaching innovation ability of engineering teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities, this paper conducted research through online questionnaire platform, symposium, video conference and other forms. Then, according to the research analysis and results, the evaluation index system of engineering education and teaching innovation ability of engineering teachers in application-oriented universities is established from the aspects of engineering application research ability, engineering practice guidance ability, curriculum construction innovation ability and teaching research team construction ability. Finally, based on the establishment of the indicator system, the corresponding promotion strategies were proposed from the implementation of the innovative service plan, the implementation of the teacher's internal shaping plan and the strengthening of organizational construction, which effectively changed the teachers' engineering education teaching philosophy, improved the teachers' engineering practice ability and engineering teaching research ability, and strengthened the construction level of the teaching and research team.

    The course of Signals and Systems is a professional basic course for undergraduate majors in electronics and communications. Comparing with the standards of the "golden course" curriculum construction, the current problems existing in the teaching subject, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation are analyzed. The teaching reform strategy based on OBE Concept under the perspective of "Golden Course" is investigated. Based on "student-centered and outcome-oriented", the teaching content structure of "three-level integrated ideological and political theories teaching" which suitable for talents development in applied undergraduate colleges is designed. An online and offline hybrid teaching mode of "learning-teaching interaction" is created, a visual GUI simulation interface that combines theory with practice is designed for implementation, and a multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system based on "output" is established. All of these, the "continuous improvement" of curriculum construction is effectively realized.

    Pharmacy is a practical and applied discipline.     Driven by the tourism industry, China's hotel industry is showing a rapid growth momentum and the market is in urgent need of hotel management professionals. However, most hotel management undergraduates have problems such as low self-efficacy and poor learning continuity in their daily studies. How to improve students' professional identity and learning input in higher education is particularly important. Therefore, in this paper, taking three undergraduate colleges offering hotel management as examples, the relationship between professional identity, psychological capital and learning engagement is discussed. The results show that the professional identity of hotel management undergraduates has a significant positive impact on learning investment, and psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role in professional identity and learning investment. Result display, the research has important enlightenment for improving the training effect of higher education to strengthen the professional identity of hotel management undergraduates and alleviate the brain drain of hotel industry.

    Physiology is a particularly important basic medical course for clinical medicine majors. It is an urgent teaching problem for the physiology teaching team to improve the performance of undergraduate clinical medicine students in physiology. The 398 undergraduate clinical medicine students in 2018 of Gansu Medical College use traditional teaching methods, 386 students in 2019 use online and offline hybrid teaching of some chapters, and 485 students in 2020 use online and offline hybrid teaching. Analyze and evaluate the students' mastery of theoretical knowledge and improvement of comprehensive ability through data analysis, questionnaire survey and final examination results of the Learning Communication Platform. The results showed that the final examination score of the 2020 grade for all chapters with mixed teaching was higher than that of the 2019 grade for some chapters with mixed teaching, and higher than that of the 2018 grade for traditional classroom teaching (P<0.05), with a significant difference. The results of this study show that the integrated online and offline teaching can effectively improve students' academic performance and truly realize the "student-centered" education concept.

    To study whether the modular teaching method based on post competence has teaching advantages in the practical teaching of clinical basic laboratory technology. The students were divided into the experimental group and the control group. They were taught by the modular teaching method and the conventional teaching method respectively. The final teaching effect of the two groups of students was evaluated by the usual results, the experimental results and the final paper results. In addition, students' satisfaction with the current teaching methods is investigated through questionnaires. Results display, the experimental results, final paper scores and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The level of satisfaction with teaching methods in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).     To explore the application effect of Serial micro course combined Case-Based Learning method in ECMO clinical nursing teaching practice. Thirty nursing undergraduates who practiced in ICU in a tertiary grade A general hospital in Guangxi from July 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the control group, and thirty nursing undergraduates who practiced in ICU from February 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode. The teaching activities are carried out by adopting the serialized micro-course combined case teaching method. Self-directed learning ability, clinical thinking ability, theory and skill operation scores were compared between the two groups. The scores of self-directed learning ability, clinical thinking ability, theory and skill operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).     Based on the characteristics of the software engineering specialty and the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, this paper carries out systematic research and design of the training mode, takes the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the guidance, establishes a practice teaching system with the competition as the core, deeply studies and analyzes the characteristics of the competition, builds an online entrepreneurship and innovation learning platform, organizes offline competition training camps to enrich the practice teaching, and strengthens the students' engineering practice ability, drive the teaching reform of software engineering specialty through practice and explore the new mode of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

    Practical education is also the vitality of vocational education. In order to effectively expand school-running resources and solve the problem of high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education, it is necessary to constantly strengthen and improve the construction of in-school training base, so as to improve the quality and competitiveness of talent training in vocational undergraduate education. This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of the construction of the training base in vocational colleges and universities based on the integration of industry and education, and puts forward the exploration countermeasures in three aspects, including the common goal of the construction of the training base in vocational colleges and universities, strengthening the guarantee of training hardware and capital investment, and formulating and improving the construction of various mechanisms, so as to promote the employment of vocational colleges and universities and adapt to the needs of industrial development, we will strive to build a new engine for the systematic integration of industry and education to support the development of high-quality vocational undergraduate education.

    In order to promote the organic combination of education chain, industry chain and innovation chain, this paper expounds and studies the mechanism of the integration of production and education in application-oriented universities from three levels, and cultivates the integration of production and education enterprises at the local government level to promote school-enterprise cooperation. At the enterprise level, throw out the product problems and cost problems that enterprises need to solve urgently, seek cooperation between schools and enterprises, and promote the implementation of the combination of production and education.
