Exploration on Integration of Labor Education and Vocational Skill Education Based on the Concept of OBE

Abstract: The practice of labor education in higher vocational colleges presents the phenomenon of multiple integration. As an indispensable part of vocational education, the integration of vocational skill education and labor education is of great significance. OBE concept is a teaching concept of results-oriented design and implementation of teaching process, which has been widely used in vocational education teaching reform in recent years. Taking the four core problems of OBE concept as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the overlap between labor education and vocational skill education, to explore four fusion ways on the fusion mode, ability training, moral and technical integration and innovation evaluation mechanism
