    Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure of innovation-driven development strategy, and the collaborative cooperation among universities, enterprises and research institutes is crucial to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students. Based on the research results of the current situation of university-industry-research collaboration and college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in 10 colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province, this paper summarizes the practical dilemmas as the problems of lagging cognitive concept, low enthusiasm of participation, imperfect organizational structure and governance mode, inadequate communication, coordination and docking and integration mechanism, and insufficient teachers. Finally, it proposes countermeasures to solve the bottleneck problem by increasing the enthusiasm of the three parties involved in the industry-university-research, strengthening the articulation and positive coupling of the three parties, and building a "dual-teacher" innovation and entrepreneurship faculty.

    The outline of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" puts forward that "strengthen the competitive advantage of manufacturing industry and promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry". Colleges and universities are faced with the new demand of training and exporting technical talents in shortage of advanced manufacturing industry. It analyzes the difficulties in the process of deepening the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities, such as the effective mode of school-industry cooperation and benign interaction mechanism have not been formed, the system and mechanism of integration of industry and education are not perfect, the mechanism of mutual penetration and mutual promotion between "industry" and "teaching" is not thorough, and the limitations of the effect of "project" teaching in colleges and universities are yet to be broken perfect. With reference to the new engineering education reform content of MIT, countermeasures are discussed from four aspects of "new system, new mode, new platform and new teachers" of engineering education, providing reference for the deep integration of industry and education in universities.

    Based on the comparison of previous training results, this study takes engineering students and graduates in recent years in agriculture-related universities as the research objects, and tries to break through the traditional understanding of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial engineering talents in agriculture-related universities, and strives to fit the era of artificial intelligence and the background of rural revitalization strategy, and to closely link the concept and technology of artificial intelligence.     The principle of automatic control is a professional basic course for automation majors in ordinary colleges and universities. For students, it is difficult to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning by traditional teaching mode because of its long class hours, strong theoretical nature, complex proof and calculation. In order to solve the problem of students' lack of participation in class due to the complexity of content, teaching methods, students' foundation, attention and other reasons, it is proposed to introduce information technology means such as shared documents and forms to realize course status monitoring. Through carefully prepared classroom handouts and in-class quizzes, students' learning motivation and efficiency will be improved, the learning state of the course will be grasped in real time, the learning effect feedback and optimization path will be opened, and the active mastery of knowledge will be promoted by thinking. This paper discusses and tries the concrete implementation methods of the interaction of theoretical teaching and explores new ways to improve the teaching effect of the course.     The application of digital technology in the field of education has promoted the development of online and offline hybrid teaching.     The online and offline hybrid teaching mode based on "Internet +" can make good use of contemporary information technology to provide new ideas and inject new vitality into traditional teaching. Online and offline hybrid teaching is a teaching mode that combines online online teaching with traditional face-to-face teaching. Through students' online autonomous learning and offline teacher-student interaction, the two complement each other's advantages, so as to obtain better teaching results. This research is based on offline teaching and assisted by online teaching.
