    Discipline competition has become an important form of college student training. Taking innovation method competition in a local university as example, this paper applied the TRIZ to analyze effect of comprehensive ability on cultivating students by competitions, constructing the model of the composition, called 5-DMCOE model, and target of the ability of engineering college students, defining the functional technology system for the cultivation of students' ability in the competition, and analyzing the main features of the competition on the cultivation of students. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the innovative method competition and the data of the implementation of the competition, the relationship between the motivation and purpose of students' participation in the discipline competition and the acquisition ability is revealed, and then the evaluation model of the competition on the cultivation of students' ability is established, the value is 65.864 6. Based on the results of award-winning projects and relevant data analysis, this paper preliminarily is explored the basic conditions required for teaching innovative methods to engineering college students, and the value and significance of learning innovative methods for students to participate in other types of competitions, and then revealed the mechanism of cultivating students' ability in the process of discipline competition.

    Under the background of Emerging Engineering Education, it is necessary to integrate specialty education and innovation and entrepreneurship education effectively to cultivate the cross-compound excellent engineering talents in colleges and universities.     Hydraulic and pneumatic transmission is a professional basic course of electromechanics with deep theoretical knowledge and strong practicality, in order to further cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, combined with our school's training objectives for electromechanical students, we explore the establishment of a hydraulic transmission for coal mine general mining working face for teaching hydraulic and pneumatic transmission course laboratory. The construction of this laboratory is mainly discussed from four aspects: necessity and feasibility analysis, construction process and content, analysis and procurement of hardware and software, and management and maintenance of the laboratory.     Objective To explore the effect of the quality evaluation system of TCM nursing talents training oriented by ability training on improving students' professional ability. Method The self-evaluation form of students and the evaluation form of employers and teachers on students in our school were developed respectively, and anonymous questionnaires were used to investigate. Then, SPSS19.0 was used to process the survey data. Result Both the self-evaluation scores of students and the evaluation scores of employers and teachers on students in our school are significantly higher after the reform of talent training quality evaluation than before the reform of talent training quality evaluation, and the difference is significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The establishment of the new assessment and evaluation system provides a strong guarantee for improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine teaching and the comprehensive ability of students, and also meets the requirements of employers and professional posts for traditional Chinese medicine nursing students.

It has six characteristics: school as the leading, college specialty as the feature, platform as the support, student as the main body, competition as the drive, project as the traction. The practical cases of Hefei H University show that the system has achieved good results in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

    In the period of the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan", Hubei Enshi University adheres to the development goal of "building a high-level application-oriented university that is‘ well-known in the province, influential in China, and distinctive in characteristics’, and highlights the training characteristics of new application-oriented talents with "application expertise, professional characteristics, and national characteristics" . It has successively established the Kunpeng Center of Huawei Cloud College, Kingdee Digital Intelligence Finance and Taxation College, China Software International Big Data College, Dawa Future Digital College Six industrial colleges, including Selenium Tea College and Zhonggong Industrial College, have jointly built four medical talent oriented training bases with relevant enterprises, and built a set of in-depth cooperation education model between schools and enterprises. This paper focuses on a series of practices and reforms of school enterprise collaborative education in Hubei Enshi University, and tries to summarize a set of collaborative education models that are suitable for the development of industrial colleges in modern universities.
