Abstract: Facing the new era and new challenges, this paper provides new ideas and directions for the construction of modern industrial colleges from the perspective of innovating the organizational structure of modern industrial colleges, in view of the three major dilemmas that modern industrial colleges are currently facing, such as ambiguous construction strategies, lagging governance systems and rigid education models. With the increase in the number of academic social organizations, their empowerment and service power have been gradually enhanced, especially in participating in the construction of modern industrial colleges of new engineering, which plays an irreplaceable key role. In this regard, this paper discusses the construction strategy of modern industrial colleges under the deep participation of academic organizations from three aspects, including building a collaborative body for the construction of new engineering majors, actively promoting the construction of regional public internship and training bases for new engineering majors, and building a comprehensive integrated innovation service platform for government, industry, academia, research, use, finance and service, so as to comprehensively promote the benign development of the education ecology of new engineering majors.
