. Adhering to the connotation of the construction of "new engineering", Wuhan Institute of Technology has explored the course reform approach of "college physics experiment" since 2017. In this article, through analysis of wuhan university of engineering of the university physics experiment course for nearly five years after the teaching reform of the present situation and existing problems, and still establish composite innovative talents "new era" of the training target, by selecting high quality teaching resources, diverse teaching methods such as effective means innovation, promote students' autonomous learning ability, to explore the reform way of "online and offline hybrid" teaching mode of college physics experiment course.

The determination of employment destination is the fundamental of college students' employment guidance. According to the data of college students, this paper establishes a database based on four aspects: individual attributes, family environment, learning background, school performance. The Logistic Regression Classifier is used to construct the employment destination model. Through the verification of the model, the results show the classification effect is reliable, which provide a new method for college students' employment guidance.

We try an quantitative reasearch on the teaching effect of college physics experiment by three different teaching methods. Through the analysis of the teaching data, teaching of traditional mode in 2019, teaching of "home control experiment + virtual simulation experiment +traditional experiment" combined package in 2020,teaching of blending learning in 2021, it came finally the conclusion that the blending learning is superior to the others. This teaching mode improves the performance of college physics experiment, cultivates students’ability to analyze and solve problems. This study further discusses the advantages and disadvantages of blending teaching, puts forward the targets of the next period are reconstruction of course content, optimization of teaching mode ,constructing diversified process evaluation.

Firstly, this paper analyzes the difficulties in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents of cross-border e-commerce. It argues that cross-border e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation faces three major contradictions at the present stage, including the contradiction between the compound requirements on talent’s knowledge and ability and the dispersion of majors, and the limitation of teachers' ability; the contradiction between rapid iteration of cross-border e-commerce industry and the lag of discipline development; the contradiction between the elite education of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the mass applied education. Secondly, this paper analyzes the measures and results of talent cultivation innovation in Zhejiang Shuren University.
