    The healthy development of innovation and entrepreneurship education is inseparable from a good external entrepreneurship environment. In the process of developing entrepreneurship education in European and American countries, entrepreneurship environment, especially entrepreneurship policy, venture fund, entrepreneurship culture and other factors have played a role that can not be ignored.Entrepreneurship education in the United States started first, and its development in entrepreneurship policy and financial support is relatively complete. Enterprises, social organizations and other forces have played an important driving role in the development of entrepreneurship education. The development of entrepreneurship education in Europe still depends on the support of the government due to traditional culture, system and other reasons.     Under the background of "New Medical Science", facing the new trend and demand of future technology and medical development, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) education is facing new opportunities and challenges. Aiming at the problems that exist in the Integration of TCM professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education (orientation is not clear; insufficient innovation; teaching subjects are lack of motivation), we set the curricula construction of TCM education and innovation and entrepreneurship education as an example. We have analyzed the characteristics of this integration for constructing the curricula construction of TCM education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in four aspects: Developing the characteristic curricula for “learning”; Setting up a platform for “doing”; Relying on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship education base for “staring a business”; Establishing a sound teaching staff and assessment mechanism.     Objective To explore the application effect of the postgraduate training mode combining medicine with engineering. Methods From September 2017 to August 2022, 62 postgraduates studying for professional master's degree in the School of Clinical Medicine of Southwest Medical University were selected. The experimental group adopted the combination of medicine and engineering training mode (n=28), and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode (n=34). The effect of the cross teaching of medicine and engineering was evaluated through the publication of scientific and technological literature of and the questionnaire survey of the combination of medicine and engineering teaching at the end of the examination. Results The score of literature published in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the overall evaluation of the questionnaire on the integration of medicine and work in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching and training of professional master's degree postgraduates, the medical engineering cross-teaching mode has improved the comprehensive abilities of postgraduates in scientific research and clinical practice compared with the traditional mode, which is a new teaching mode worthy of promotion.

    The innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities is a powerful measure to drive the implementation of national innovation strategy and promote the high-quality development of local economy. Based on the theory of value co-creation, this paper analyzes the current situation of private universities in building college students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform, and puts forward countermeasures to optimize college students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform from three aspects: building a mass entrepreneurship and innovation market chain, establishing a mass entrepreneurship and innovation manager system, and building a mass entrepreneurship and innovation circle of friends, so as to achieve capacity co-creation, subject co-creation, resource co-creation, knowledge co-creation, and project co-creation, and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
