Exploration of Personnel Training Model of Undergraduate Summer School in the New Era

Abstract: With the deepening of the reform of personnel training model in China's colleges and universities, summer school has been favored by domestic colleges and universities in recent years because of its rich contents and flexible forms. It has been proved that summer school has played a positive role in cultivating first-class talents with an international perspective and promoting the internationalization of undergraduate education. The summer school for undergraduates in the new era has encountered new opportunities and challenges. How to adapt to these changes, explore and establish a scientific personnel training model of summer school, optimize the allocation of educational and teaching resources, and expand students' academic vision and ability in all directions and from multiple angles is a very important issue in college talent training at present and in the future.
