Research on the Status Quo and Cultivation Strategies of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Special Education Undergraduates——Taking Nanjing Normal College of Special Education as an Example

Abstract: "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation"has become the trend of the development of The Times. This study takes the special education students of Nanjing Normal University of Special Education to carry out research on the status of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. The results show that the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in special education is below average; low awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship; inadequate knowledge reserve is innovation and insufficient, and significant differences between theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge. Therefore, it is suggested that the university increase the publicity of innovation and entrepreneurship on campus,improve the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, promote the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship and special education, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education system, strengthen the construction of innovation team, build a platform for resource integration, and improve the academic writing ability to guarantee students to better present innovation and entrepreneurship results.
