Research on the Reform Path of Innovative Talents Training in Industrial Engineering under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract

Abstract: The cultivation of innovative talents in the background of the new liberal arts is the important content of the reform and development of industrial engineering majors. This paper takes the industrial engineering major of a local university as the research object of innovative talents cultivation reform, and understands the current situation of innovative talents cultivation by analyzing the teaching concept, teaching methods, teaching design and teaching mode of the industrial engineering majors of a local university. On this basis, it analyzes the difficulties and gives the reform path of innovative talents cultivation in three aspects: deep intersection of multiple disciplines, deep collaboration between schools and enterprises, and extra-curricular innovation empowerment. It is of great practical significance to promote the reform of innovative talents cultivation in industrial engineering majors in the context of new liberal arts.
