Research on College Students' Employment Destination Based on Logistic Regression Classifier

Abstract

Abstract: The determination of employment destination is the fundamental of college students' employment guidance. According to the data of college students, this paper establishes a database based on four aspects: individual attributes, family environment, learning background, school performance. The Logistic Regression Classifier is used to construct the employment destination model. Through the verification of the model, the results show the classification effect is reliable, which provide a new method for college students' employment guidance.
