Research on the Construction Path of the Teaching Innovation Team for the “Mixed” Double Tutorial System in University-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: Vocational education should "deepen the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation", cultivate "marketable" talents, and accurately serve local industries. As a new education mode, whether "modern apprenticeship" or "enterprise college", its development cannot be separated from the support of teaching team. This paper focuses on the exploration of the construction path of university-enterprise "mixed" double tutor innovation team, which provides some references for the construction of teacher team under the new education mode.
