Abstract: The value of life is not only embodied in the individual survival state, but also embodied in the individual growth and social development, which is the organic unity of individual ideal and human civilization development. In recent years, it is not uncommon for contemporary college students to neglect, waste and neglect their lives, which makes it especially important to strengthen college students' life education and help and guide them to set up a correct outlook on life. On the basis of clarifying the essence of life, this paper expounds the connotation of life education, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the life education of contemporary college students.
