Abstract: In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional order training mode, a higher vocational college cooperated with the local Metro Group Co., Ltd. to jointly carry out the modern apprenticeship pilot, and on this basis, constructed the modern apprenticeship operation mechanism of urban rail transit specialty, and finally achieved good results. Therefore, this paper takes the apprenticeship pilot as a case, first introduces the connotation and significance of modern apprenticeship, and then puts forward suggestions on the construction of modern apprenticeship operation mechanism, and finally analyzes the practice of modern apprenticeship school enterprise cooperation education mechanism, in order to provide reference.
