Abstract: In view of the financial difficulties faced by college students in starting their own businesses, this paper summarizes the university students' venture funds and fiscal and tax support policies, analyzes the awareness of the policies and their attitudes through in-depth interviews with college students' entrepreneurial objects, and puts forward that the attention and support of college students' venture funds should be enhanced, and the advantages and characteristics of financial and tax support policies in different districts should be opened up to provide one-stop convenience. We should pay close attention to the practicability and rationality of the implementation of various policies, and put forward more targeted and beneficial policies for college students.
