Research on Occupational Values and Occupational Commitment of Primary and Secondary Teachers

Abstract: ObjectiveTo research the relationship between occupational values and occupational commitment of primary and secondary teachers. Methods153 primary and secondary teachers were investigated and analyzed by using the occupational values questionnaire compiled by Jin shenghua et al and the occupational commitment questionnaire for primary and secondary teachers compiled by Li xia. ResultsFrom the perspective of all dimensions, there was significant positive correlation between the vocational values of means and the vocational commitment, and there was significant positive correlation between the vocational values of purpose and the vocational commitment. ConclusionThere is a significant positive correlation between occupational values and occupational commitment of primary and secondary school teachers.
