The Impact of the Epidemic of COVID-19 on Employment and Entrepreneurship——A Case Study of College Graduates

Abstract: The deep-seated reasons for the difficulty of enlarging the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates during the epidemic period are the incorrect concept of employment and entrepreneurship, the mismatch between the comprehensive ability and the market of employment and entrepreneurship, the lack of consciousness of career planning during the school period, and the low attention paid to the education of employment and entrepreneurship. In order to realize the employment and start-up of college graduates, we should change the employment and start-up concept of college graduates, match their comprehensive abilities with the employment and start-up market, cultivate their consciousness of career planning and attach importance to employment and start-up education, etc. Only then can enable the university graduate regardless of the objective environment how to change can calmly and the smooth employment starts a business.
