Innovation in the Cultivation Mode of Top-Notch Talents in High-Tech Fields—Exploration of Practice in Western Universities

Abstract: This article provides a systematic summary of the active exploration and practical experience of western universities in reforming their talent training models. It points out that in the face of the urgent need for national scientific and technological development self-reliance and self-improvement, it is of great significance to promote the optimization of educational resources allocation and the deep implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education in western universities. The reform of the high-tech field's talent training model is important. Measures such as establishing a new concept centered on moral education, optimizing professional structure, building diversified practice platforms, and improving personalized training systems should be taken to significantly enhance the quality and level of innovative and outstanding talent training in western universities.
