Research on Teaching Reform of Class Team Management Course

Abstract: To deepen the reform of teachers, textbooks, and teaching methods, and to achieve comprehensive education of all members, the article analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of the core curriculum for educational majors, class and young pioneer management which are“difficult to achieve emotional resonance, difficult to transfer abilities, and difficult to synchronize theory with practice”. It proposes a reform path based on the high-quality practical base schools of the primary education alliance and the family education fusion development center in Zhangzhou City, to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, reconstruct the curriculum through the integration of positions, competitions, courses, and certificates, effectively utilize artificial intelligence technology, and adopt a flipped classroom teaching model of“task-driven, practical activities running through, six-ring linkage enhancement”.
