Research on the Construction of Innovative Teaching Teams in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: This article explores in depth the construction of innovative teaching teams in vocational colleges. Firstly, the importance and urgency of building innovative teaching teams under the current development background of vocational education were analyzed, and its key role in cultivating high-quality composite technical and skilled talents was elaborated. Then, the characteristics that an innovative teaching team should possess were discussed. Based on this, a systematic strategy framework for building an innovative teaching team was proposed, covering aspects such as clarifying team goals, optimizing team structure, strengthening teacher training, promoting school enterprise cooperation, and establishing effective incentive mechanisms; Finally, combined with practical cases, the construction experience of some successful teaching teams was analyzed, providing reference examples for the construction of teaching teams in other vocational colleges.
