With the continuous development of engineering education, traditional hydraulic and pneumatic transmission courses face many challenges, such as being highly theoretical, having a single teaching method, and insufficient practical sessions. To address these issues, this paper proposes an “online-offline (dual-track)” integrated teaching model, which aims to improve students'learning outcomes and overall quality by integrating online learning with offline practice. The implementation of this model includes clarifying teaching objectives, constructing flexible teaching mode and methods, enriching learning resources, and establishing a diversified evaluation system. Through online learning before class, interactive teaching during class, and practical activities after class, students can not only master the basic theory of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission, but also improve their practical ability and innovative thinking in practical operations. In addition, the learning effectiveness and practical ability of students are comprehensively assessed through a combination of formative and summative assessments.

Currently, there are common problems in innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in universities, such as homogenization of teaching content, singularity of teaching methods, homogenization of learning methods, singularity of evaluation dimensions, and weak teaching staff, which make it difficult to meet the personalized learning needs of students. In this context, Generative Artificial Intelligence (AIGC) empowers innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in universities. By accurately identifying individual differences among students, generating multimodal differentiated teaching resources, innovating teaching methods, assisting students in personalized learning, and accurately evaluating teaching effectiveness, a personalized and intelligent innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system of “accurate identification of needs - dynamic matching of resources - scientific evaluation of effectiveness” has been constructed. This system fully leverages the technological advantages of AIGC, not only enriching teaching resources and methods, but also enhancing the scientific and accurate evaluation of teaching, providing strong technical support for universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents that adapt to social development, and better meeting the demand of society for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

University education is a crucial driving force for national development and social progress. With the expansion of undergraduate enrollment, the proportion of graduate students has also increased year by year. Exploring and constructing an effective “undergraduate-graduate integrated” training model is of great significance for ensuring the quality of talent cultivation. Developmental biology is a core course in the biological science major of the school of life sciences. The course is difficult and involves multiple interdisciplinary fields, especially experimental courses, which have problems such as outdated knowledge systems and unreasonable teaching designs, significantly affecting the achievement of talent cultivation goals. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the curriculum system, teaching content, teaching methods, etc, to meet the needs of talent cultivation in “double first class” universities.

In the context of the construction of new engineering disciplines, the problem of insufficient adaptability of traditional university physics teaching majors is becoming increasingly prominent. This article proposes a reform of the organizational form of teaching and research groups based on major categories, focusing on the reform of teaching materials and teaching modes that integrate majors. By forming interdisciplinary teaching teams, on the one hand, a new version of the textbook “physics science knowledge points+professional engineering application questions” will be developed, closely integrating basic physics knowledge with engineering applications. On the other hand, a teaching mode combining “fixed teaching content+variable professional expansion” will be adopted, and corresponding chapters of professional expansion content will be learned according to professional needs. This type of teaching reform has the characteristic of strong promotion, which can improve the relevance of course content and enhance students' knowledge transfer ability under the existing faculty and teaching conditions in various colleges and universities.

In recent years, the development of the Internet and information technology has put forward new requirements for the teaching mode of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges. Traditional teaching methods are difficult to meet the needs of students for knowledge acquisition and skills teaching. In view of this, this article explores a hybrid theoretical teaching model of “online and offline dual drive” to address the problems of single teaching methods, poor teaching effectiveness, and disconnection between theory and practical application in the current geographic information system principles course. A three-stage course evaluation standard of “preview learning feedback” is constructed to supervise teaching activities throughout the process and help students achieve optimal course learning outcomes.

Deepening the reform of curriculum teaching is the key for higher education to achieve the cultivation of high-quality talents. As a compulsory course for students majoring in agronomy and horticulture in colleges and universities, plant physiology should emphasize practical effect in teaching and serve the scientific research and production practice of related industries and industrial fields. In this paper, some college teachers do not have a deep understanding of the teaching materials and the goal of talent training is not clear. The important and difficult points of teaching are not prominent, and the class time arrangement is unreasonable; The teaching method is backward and the students'main position is neglected. The problems of teaching evaluation are unscientific and imperfect, and the feasible optimization measures are discussed. In order to improve the teaching effect of the course, train more outstanding talents, and promote the high-quality development of the industry, industry and scientific research.

The rapid iteration of new productivity (digitalisation, intelligence, greening) has put forward the complex requirements of “technology application + innovative thinking + social responsibility” for higher education talent cultivation. However, due to the resource endowment of colleges and universities, their innovation and entrepreneurship education programmes are generally lagging behind the technological development, disconnected from the regional characteristic industries, and dispersed practice platforms and other problems. Taking Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities as a sample, this study proposes the reform path of “technology empowerment + integration of characteristics + hierarchical progression” through questionnaire survey, and the study shows that colleges and universities need to upgrade their education with technology empowerment and transform their national cultural resources into a “social responsibility” programme. The study shows that colleges and universities need to take technology-enabled education upgrading and transformation of national cultural resources as the core to build a curriculum ecology of synergistic development of “education chain-industry chain-cultural chain”, which will provide replicable experience for colleges and universities to serve the development of new quality productivity.

Objective
Explore the application effect of virtual simulation teaching system in nursing clinical comprehensive course teaching, and provide reference for improving the teaching quality of the course.
Method
Select four classes of nursing students from the second year of 2022 at Shenzhen Vocational and Technical University, and randomly select two classes as the control group and the other two classes as the experimental group. The control group used multi scenario cases as a carrier to conduct classroom teaching through case analysis, simulated operation exercises, and group sand table exercises, while the experimental group used case analysis, role-playing, and the virtual simulation teaching systems for teaching. After the course, compare the theoretical and operational scores of the two groups, and conduct a questionnaire survey on the learning of the experimental group students around the virtual simulation teaching system.
Result
The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The experimental group students had a higher evaluation of the new teaching mode.
Conclusion
The virtual simulation teaching system can improve the teaching effectiveness of this course and cultivate students' clinical thinking ability.
