Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of modern animal husbandry, there is a growing demand for high-quality talents in the field of animal genetic breeding. However, there are problems such as outdated curriculum content, weak practice link and single evaluation system in the cultivation of animal genetic breeding talents in colleges and universities. The paper discusses the talent cultivation strategy based on the industry-teaching integration model, aiming at updating the curriculum content, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and improving the evaluation system, so as to improve students'practical skills and innovation ability and meet the development needs of the industry.
