Abstract: The practical education module is a critical component of the “3+1” talent cultivation mode. However, current implementations of this model face challenges such as supply-demand mismatches, outdated curricula, singular evaluation methods, and institutional gaps. This study presents the exploration and practice of a four-dimensional collaborative practical education system (i.e. co-constructed platform, co-constructed curriculum, integrated ideological education, and shared resources) by Guiyang Institute of Information Science and Technology. By integrating industry-education resources, reconstructing curriculum systems, embedding ideological education, implementing a dual-mentor mechanism, and establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation framework, this study proposes an innovative industry-education integration framework for practical education. It systematically examines the construction logic and implementation pathways of the practical education system within the “3+1” mode under the context of industry-education integration. The results demonstrate that this system effectively enhances students'practical skills, innovative capabilities, and professional competencies, offering actionable insights for cultivating applied talents.
