    The construction of professional clusters is central to the“Chinese Characteristic High-Level Vocational College and Professional Construction Plan”, which is crucial for promoting the improvement of educational supply quality and core competitiveness in vocational colleges. This study, from the dimensions of the connotation and evaluation of professional cluster construction, based on the stakeholder theory, adopts the CIPP (Context-Input-Process-Product) evaluation model to construct a comprehensive, process-oriented, and improvement-oriented evaluation indicator system. The construction of evaluation indicators adheres to principles of multidimensionality, diversity, dynamism, result-orientation, and information transparency. Ultimately, it forms 12 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators. The aim is to provide a reference for decision-making in vocational education reform for the relevant government departments, industry, schools, enterprises, and others, guide the reform and development of professional clusters, and offer directions for the innovative exploration of professional clusters.

    This paper focuses on the entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy of college students, takes the innovation and entrepreneurship club as a practice platform, and explores the influence of activity types and members'characteristics on them through questionnaire analysis. The results show that participation in innovation and entrepreneurship club activities can effectively improve the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students, and indirectly promote the formation of entrepreneurial motivation. Based on this, this paper proposes strategies such as precisely designing activities, personalized guidance and participation, multi-dimensional enhancement of self-efficacy, construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem and international expansion, aiming to optimize the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship of college students.

    This paper discusses the influence of one-to-one tutorial system on the development of young teachers in private universities. Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, this paper analyzes the practical effects of the tutorial system on the teaching skills, scientific research ability and career planning of young teachers. It is found that one-to-one tutorial system has a significant effect on the development of young teachers, and helps to cultivate and improve their teaching concept, teaching method, academic accomplishment and scientific research ability. In view of the problems such as uneven allocation of tutor resources and low matching degree between tutors and young teachers, this paper puts forward suggestions such as strengthening the construction of tutor team, optimizing the matching mechanism between tutors and young teachers, and improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism, in order to provide useful references for the development of young teachers in private colleges and universities and promote the development of the teaching team in private colleges and universities.

    To address the disconnect between theoretical knowledge and engineering practice in traditional bridge engineering education, the integration and application of simulation modeling technology in bridge engineering courses was explored in this study. Using the professional software Midas Civil as a technical platform, a triadic teaching model of“classroom 3D visualization - virtual simulation practice - case-based teaching”is constructed. Through techniques such as parametric modeling, load condition simulation, and structural response visualization, the mechanical principles of bridges are presented in an intuitive manner, effectively mitigating the abstract nature of structural behavior comprehension in traditional teaching. The results indicate that simulation modeling technology can significantly enhance students'understanding of bridge structural mechanics, stimulate interest in learning, and improve practical engineering skills, providing new ideas for the reform of bridge engineering course instruction.

    In response to the current situation where college English teaching is disconnected from social needs and the teaching mode is single, a professional talent cultivation based on industry-university-research projects is proposed. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of English teaching in Chinese universities, this article points out the shortcomings of traditional teaching models.     With the continuous introduction of policies on textbook construction by the Ministry of Education, Shaanxi Province has actively responded to national policies and released a series of documents to promote textbook construction, has greatly promoted the institutionalization of textbook management in Shaanxi Province, as well as the digital reform of textbook construction. This article examines the current situation of the construction and management platform for undergraduate textbooks in Shaanxi Province, analyzes the problems that exist in its development process, and provides corresponding improvement suggestions in order to promote the digital transformation of textbook management.     This article explores the application effect of SPOC combined with PBL blended teaching mode in the teaching of gymnosperms and angiosperms in medicinal botany. 98 undergraduate pharmacy students from the 2022 cohort were randomly divided into an experimental group (SPOC-PBL blended learning) and a control group (traditional teaching), and the teaching effectiveness was evaluated through theoretical exams and ability scales. The results showed that the theoretical scores (P<0.001) and six ability scores (all P<0.001) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Among them, self-directed learning ability and problem-solving ability were significantly improved, proving that SPOC-PBL blended learning can effectively enhance students' theoretical knowledge mastery and comprehensive ability.

    In the context of the rapid development of the fashion industry, the demand for professional fashion buyers is growing. Taking fashion buyer course as an example, this paper discusses the application of project teaching mode in the cultivation of innovative talents. By combining the theories of constructivism, situational learning and cooperative learning, a project-oriented fashion buyer course framework is constructed, emphasizing the practicality of the project, interdisciplinary integration and the cultivation of students'teamwork ability, proving that project-based teaching can effectively improve students' practical operation ability, innovative thinking and professional quality. However, the evaluation system and the construction of teaching staff still need to be further improved.

    As an important vehicle for the digital transformation of education, the smart classroom provides new practical pathways for the reform of business English teaching. This paper defines the technical characteristics of smart classrooms and the disciplinary attributes of business English, and constructs an implementation framework based on four principles: systematization, practicality, dynamic development, and collaboration. The study proposes innovative strategies such as the construction of industry-education integration task chains and scenario-based progressive training. The research forms a teaching system that deeply integrates smart classrooms with business English, providing theoretical support for cultivating composite business talents with cross-cultural communication abilities and digital literacy, and promoting the transformation of traditional language teaching into a model for vocational competency development.

    Intelligent manufacturing is a key development area for the transformation of new and old driving forces into the “Top Ten Industries”in Shandong Province, and it is also the main direction of digitalization, networking, and intelligence in the manufacturing industry. In the context of intelligent manufacturing, Qingdao University, as a local university, has closely cooperated with local advanced intelligent manufacturing enterprises such as Yizhong Group, Haier Group, and Qingdao Port in serving local industries, achieving significant results. However, the main forms of cooperation are research projects and student internships and practical training. It is of great significance to utilize industrial cooperation projects and rely on teacher research projects in undergraduate course teaching, and to achieve“industry-university-research-application”combination in undergraduate course under the limited educational resources of local universities.     This paper discusses the significance of the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students (hereinafter referred to as the“Da Chuang Plan”) to undergraduate education, and analyzes how the program can enhance students'sense of knowledge acquisition, cultivate the spirit of innovation, and promote the feedback of research results to teaching. Through an in-depth study of the application process of the“Da Chuang Plan”, this paper summarizes the key elements of project mobilization, topic selection and application writing. In addition, this paper proposes an innovative guidance strategy based on the“three combinations”model, emphasizing online and offline guidance, the collaboration between undergraduate and doctoral supervisors, and the integration of course teaching and project guidance, so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of guidance.
