Abstract: The rapid development in the field of biopharmaceuticals have posed new challenges to higher education, demanding continuous innovation in teaching methods to cultivate biopharmaceutical professionals with both practical skills and innovative capabilities. This study focuses on the course principles and techniques of biopharmaceuticals, thoroughly analyzing its current teaching situation and practical needs, and exploring the implementation and effectiveness of blended learning under the “Learning Tong” intelligent teaching platform. The research integrates online resources with offline instruction to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Practical components include online self-study, offline seminars, and experiments, aiming to stimulate students'active learning and deepen their understanding of knowledge. The results show that blended learning can significantly enhance students'learning interest and problem-solving abilities, and facilitate the transformation of teachers'roles, achieving mutual improvement in teaching and learning. This study provides a practical case for the reform of biopharmaceutical teaching and discusses the role of intelligent teaching platforms in deep learning, offering a reference for innovation in higher education.
