Abstract: The innovation of traditional sports teaching mode in vocational colleges is of great significance for improving students'comprehensive quality and promoting educational reform. This article aims to explore innovative paths such as curriculum content reform, modern technology application, and interdisciplinary cooperation, enhance classroom interaction and student participation, promote the scientific and personalized teaching of physical education through the application of intelligent technology, and promote the development of students'various abilities; in addition, interdisciplinary cooperation broadens the curriculum perspective, enhances practicality, and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the continuous innovation and development of physical education in vocational colleges.
