    The satisfaction level of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an indicator for evaluating the quality of college education. Based on the data from survey of undergraduate in 10 colleges in shanghai, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the influential factors of entrepreneurship education in colleges by using binary logistic model. The research shows that curriculum construction, teaching staffs, practice platforms and policies atmosphere all positively influence college students' satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship education. To improve students' satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to further promote the quality of entrepreneurship courses, improve teachers’ qualities, optimize the practice platforms, and create a good policy climate, so as to guarantee students' core needs for innovation and entrepreneurship education.

    In the 2015 government work report, Premier Li Keqiang pointed out: “Widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation.” The government, enterprise and universities pay more attention on the slogan as long as it was proposed. Undoubtedly, the construction of an innovative and entrepreneurial team of teachers is the foundation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Therefore, the research on the incentive mechanism of double creative teachers is significant. In this paper, the teacher demand analysis is put forward, the establishment of information transmission and induction mechanism is advocated, and the obtainment of basic information of teachers timely is required when study the motivation mechanism of the double-creation teachers. Also, the theoretical and practical analysis is presented from three dimensions of incentive level, incentive space and incentive structure. As a result, a consummate personnel system about the double creative teacher incentive mechanism is encouraged to be established.

    With the deep integration of information technology and education curriculum in the era of mobile Internet, the flipped classroom becomes has become an important direction of teaching reform in China's colleges and universities.     Teaching material is an important teaching tool for cultivating talents and teaching knowledge in colleges and universities. The quality of teaching material construction significantly affects the quality of talent cultivation. New requirements are raised to the construction of teaching materials in universities under the complex situations of professional certification, new engineering construction, novel coronavirus pneumonia, and "internet plus". In this paper, the requirements of these situations were analyzed. The directions of the construction of teaching materials in universities were concluded.     ObjectiveTo explore the influence of three evaluation and two achievements system on the teaching effect of basic teaching organization in medical colleges. MethodsA total of 843 nursing students of grade 2018 in the first academic year of 2019-2020 were selected as the observation group, and 821 nursing students of grade 2017 in the first academic year of 2018-2019 were selected as the control group. There were five teachers who participated in the first academic year of 2019-2020 and grade 2017 of nursing pharmacology in the first academic year of 2018-2019. They were all members of the grassroots teaching organization of pharmacology. The mid and final scores of the control group and the observation group were examined. ResultsThe mid-term score and final score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). ConclusionThe three evaluation and two performance system has a significant role in promoting the teaching effect of basic teaching organizations in higher vocational medical colleges. It is helpful to improve the teaching effect of the organization members and the learning achievements of the students taught.

    Aiming at the problems existing in teaching and supporting talent training of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission specialty, analyze the nature of the course deeply, around the goal of knowledge and professional innovation ability, and reconstruction of knowledge points based on internal logic of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission knowledge, on this basis, put forward the TRIZ innovation method mode of deep integration of professional courses, constructing a new model of curriculum teaching based on TRIZ theory. Heuristic teaching, case teaching and task driven teaching are adopted, which are problem-oriented and student-centered, by integrating TRIZ theory into teaching, cultivate the ability to solve technical system contradictions and design technical system innovation, improve students' innovative thinking and innovative ability.

    Since its implementation in 2007, the Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program, as a key construction project of "Higher Education Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project ", has made great achievements in promoting the teaching reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, strengthening students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice, and cultivating high-level innovation and entrepreneurship talents to meet the needs of national construction. At present, there are many challenges in the development, such as topic selection, supervisor pool and platform construction. At the level of the Ministry of Education, provincial education administrative units and universities, various measures have been taken into practice, such as setting up innovation and entrepreneurship courses, introducing policies and building platforms.     In the context of the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the construction of university innovation and entrepreneurship bases not only provides a carrier for university innovation and entrepreneurship education, but also contributes to the integration of universities and industries, and the provision of talents and services for the government and enterprises. Based on the analysis of Northeastern University's innovation and entrepreneurship base construction, this article introduces the basic conditions, construction results, main measures, and characteristic experience of the base construction.
