Abstract: Under the background of engineering certification, some experimental contents in chemical engineering and process specialty analytical chemistry experiments were reformed. Carbon quantum dots were used as fluorescent probes to detect norfloxacin, so that students can master the basic principles of fluorophotometers. Understand the structure of fluorescence spectrophotometer, learn to use molecular fluorescence spectroscopy to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze substances, and also understand the hot spots of science frontiers, establish the concept of energy conservation, green environmental protection, and combine scientific research and teaching to expand students. The vision of the student thus enhances the overall ability of the student. This is also in line with the engineering certification education concept of “results oriented, student center, continuous improvement”.
