    In view of the lack of scientificity and standardization of the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in transformation and development universities, this paper uses FAHP as the evaluation method to construct a targeted evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in transformation and development universities, and evaluates the overall situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in 10 transformation and development universities in Liaoning Province, it improves the reliability and validity of the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, promotes the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the transformation and development of colleges and universities, and guides the pilot colleges to smoothly transform into application-oriented.

    Recently, the general enrollment and training mode has become a new trend in the reform of undergraduate training in many universities. This article studies the educational output of students of different majors in general training mode of C college of M university in the 2017,and uses horizontal and vertical contrast and non-parametric tests to compare the differences in the educational output levels of different majors. The result shows, there is a significant difference in the mean of grades of different majors. However, the “entry” and “export” of diversified training are ranked differently. And the relative rankings of grades in different major have changed to varying degrees in the three years after general training. It means that the educational output of the “import” does not completely determine the educational output of “export”. Therefore, universities should carry out corresponding work to enhance students' sense of professional identity, guide students to choose their majors rationally, establish a complete guidance system of employment, and improve the quality of talent training.

    By using SPSS data analysis method and questionnaire survey, 120 college students were selected to explore the relationship between college students' mental health and innovation and entrepreneurship performance. Among them, the mental health of college students was measured by three factors: subjective well-being, entrepreneurial mentality and psychological elasticity; innovation and entrepreneurship performance was divided into objective and subjective indicators for measurement. Data analysis results show that subjective well-being, entrepreneurial mentality, and psychological elasticity are all significantly and positively related to innovation and entrepreneurship; entrepreneurial mentality is a significant and positive predictor of innovation and entrepreneurship; psychological elasticity is not only a partial mediator but also a significant and positive predictor of subjective well-being. The conclusion shows that subjective well-being, entrepreneurial mentality and psychological elasticity all have a positive impact on innovation and entrepreneurship; the higher the entrepreneurial mentality, the higher the innovation and entrepreneurship; the stronger the psychological elasticity, the higher the subjective well-being.

In 2020, China's employment work has achieved remarkable results in three aspects: the number of new employment, the investigation of unemployment rate and key employment groups.     Based on the questionnaire survey data of 317 college students in Jiangsu province, this paper empirically investigated the current situation and influencing factors of college students' social entrepreneurial competency. The results show that college students’s social entrepreneurial competency needs to be improved, especially the social personality urgently needs to be strengthened. The gender and professional differences of college students' social entrepreneurial competency are not significant. The social entrepreneurial competency of first-year college students is significantly lower than that of other senior college students. The impact of different scholarship experience, internship experience and charity activity experience on college students' social entrepreneurial competency has no statistical significance. However, entrepreneurship education and role models have significantly positive impact on college students' social entrepreneurial competency.
