Research on Talent Development Mode Through School- Enterprise Cooperation of Private College

Abstract: In response to the increasing demand of high-quality application-oriented talents in the all-media era, private colleges are optimizing programs of talent development closely integrated with their individual situations. With focusing on key points and difficulties, development of in-depth professional traits, and establishment and improvement of the practical teaching system, they focus on cultivating high-quality applied talents with innovative ability and practical experience. During the reform process, the theoretical implementation is the most critical factor between school and enterprise cooperation. In the present time, due to objective problems such as different goals, lack of understanding and imperfect guarantee mechanism, the cooperation between schools and enterprises is often over formalized and superficial. Based on the model of deepening school-enterprise cooperation and co-cultivating talents by the Sanjiang University, this article aims to strengthen institutional reforms, improve the efficiency of resource integration, build a "three-stage" plan blueprint, and promote steady development of school-enterprise cooperation.
