Abstract: Enterprise college is an important carrier to promote integration between industry and education, and to build the school enterprise cooperation ecology. It is a key measure to run vocational education well, an important way to complete the fundamental task of producing high-quality technical talents, and a common requirement for enterprise production, school education and students' success. This paper takes "Tianchuang Hongke College", which is jointly operated by Suzhou College of Information Technology and Jiangsu Tianchuang Technology Co., Ltd., as an example to explore the ecological operation and development of enterprise college and form a unique cultivation of cyber security technology talents.
