Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, more and more college graduates have entered the ranks of "slow employment", and the impact of the new crown epidemic has also made the phenomenon of "slow employment" more prominent. This article analyzes the social performance of the phenomenon of "slow employment" of contemporary college students, with medical students as the main research object, summarizes the subjective and objective reasons for the "slow employment" of medical students after the epidemic, and proposes how to alleviate the "slow employment" of medical students. Strategies to promote the smooth employment of medical students and improve the quality of employment of medical students.
