Abstract: Open education refers to students and teachers, students and educational institutions between the use of advanced computer network and a variety of media technology for teaching activities in the form of education. Open education attaches great importance to the process of teaching, and the teaching form has changed from the traditional teacher-oriented to the student-independent learning as the center. It cancels and breaks through all kinds of restrictions and obstacles to learning, maximizes the opening of learning space and time, and creates a good environment and conditions for students to learn independently and individually. Open education is a new education form in the field of education in today's world. It has taken a revolutionary step in the mode of talent cultivation and built a platform for the socialization and lifelong education.
