Abstract: The rapid development of mobile Internet, cloud computing, Internet of things, big data and other new generation information technologies has not only changed the current economic development mode and service mode, but also had a profound impact on the employment guidance of graduate students in universities. It is necessary to study the new challenges by modern information technology to the employment service of graduate students in universities.
