Abstract: How to make the ideological and political work of colleges and universities "enter the brain and heart" and become the spiritual calcium in work, study and life. Only when colleges and universities think about what students want and answer their doubts, and always keep students in mind, can the "living water" of Ideological and political forces really flow into students' hearts, carry out research through "living" in five aspects: teaching role, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching means and teaching reflection, and realize the research of teaching methods through "living" in teaching, reflect on the problems in the process of teaching implementation, and agree that the ideological and political course in colleges and universities needs all-round innovation and reform, so that the ideological and political theory classroom in colleges and universities can "live", truly become the ideological and political classroom loved by college students, help college students establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and cultivate excellent socialist successors in the new era.
