Abstract: The management mode of university student organization needs to be reformed and innovated in order to cope with the changes in the demands of college students and talents in the new era. Based on the current situation of core strength and function changes of university student organizations, this paper puts forward the thinking of constructing university enabling student organizations. Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of enabling organization model and the objective requirements of student organizations in the new era, this paper discusses the path of constructing enabling student organizations, and then through the new operation mode, enabling the students in the organization and stimulating the vitality of the organization.
