Under the background of the“four new”initiative, the traditional summative evaluation is difficult to meet the requirements of higher education for the cultivation of compound and innovative talents. Based on the teaching practice of a certain university, this paper integrates the core essence of the OBE(Outcome-Based Education) educational concept and the educational evaluation reform plan, and constructs a five-dimensional course formative evaluation system of“evaluation concept - evaluation index - evaluation method - evaluation subject - feedback mechanism”. This system emphasizes“student-centered, outcome-oriented, continuous improvement”, pays attention to the diversification and process of evaluation indicators, strengthens the supporting role of information technology, and establishes a closed-loop management mechanism of“evaluation - feedback - improvement”. Practice shows that this system is helpful to stimulate students'learning initiative, promote teachers'teaching reflection and course optimization, and provide a feasible path for local universities to improve course evaluation and enhance talent cultivation quality under the“four new”context.

As a practical major, social work takes“learning by doing”as its core teaching philosophy. In response to the limitation of traditional case teaching method, which makes it difficult for students to grasp“what to do”and“how to do it”, the social work major of Inner Mongolia University of Technology has proposed the instructional design idea of“situational experience”based on the epistemology of dialectical materialism. This design integrates the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) teaching concept with the“client-centered”principle of social work, and constructs real dilemma situations to guide students to experience practice through the path of“reverse design + positive implementation”. Taking the cognitive experience internship for freshmen in Inner Mongolia University of Technology as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes the logical framework, core content and practical cases of the situational experience instructional design, and summarizes the effects and reflections, so as to provide references for the reform of practical teaching in social work major.

New Quality Productivity, driven by digital technology and artificial intelligence, is profoundly reshaping the production logic of the interior design industry - from parametric design to quickly generate complex spatial forms, to BIM (Building Information Modeling)technology to achieve full process data control, and to VR/AR to create immersive experiences. The industry has fully shifted from“hand drawn dominance”to“digital drive”. However, there are currently the following problems in interior design teaching in some universities: the course content focuses more on traditional skills, and lacks coverage of cutting-edge technologies such as BIM and digital twins; blended learning is merely a formality and has failed to form an effective closed loop both online and offline; teachers and training resources are unable to support the demand for digital practical operations, resulting in a longer adaptation period for graduates to their positions. In this context, exploring how digital technology can empower blended learning, solve the problem of disconnection between teaching and industry needs, and build a talent training system that meets the requirements of new quality productivity is not only an urgent task for university teaching reform, but also a key method to support the high-quality development of the interior design industry.

The continuous deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of artificial intelligence have presented new challenges to the construction of English majors in colleges and universities. How to cultivate English major graduates with both international vision and employability is an urgent problem for colleges and universities. The traditional translation teaching model is clearly unable to meet the new talent cultivation needs, therefore translation teaching should shift from one-way knowledge transmission to multi-dimensional ability cultivation. The Scaffolding Instruction based on Lev Vygotsky's “zone of proximal development”(ZPD) has significant guiding value for the cultivation of students'critical thinking, creative expression, and dialectical thinking. This paper, based on the teaching practice of five-step instructional cycle of scaffolding and fading, studies the construction of a three-level translation thinking model at the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels, and explores its practical application value.
