Abstract: The training model for vocal music majors in higher education institutions faces some problems, such as a lack of engaging and diverse classroom instruction, coupled with insufficient stage practice opportunities for students, resulting in a disconnect between teaching and practical application. To address this, an innovative pathway for training vocal music professionals in higher education institutions is proposed. This approach centers on stage practice to cultivate versatile talents, enabling students to enhance their skills through actual performances. A tiered practical curriculum system is established to progressively elevate students'proficiency. Additionally, a multi-dimensional training support strategy is implemented to ensure talent development, bridging the gap between academic instruction and stage artistry to elevate the quality of professional training.
