Research on the School-Enterprise Cooperation Model in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Quality Productivity of Water Conservancy

Abstract: This paper analyzes the specific requirements of the new quality productivity of water conservancy for talent cultivation, combined with the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. By using the methods of literature analysis and case study, it explores the shortcomings of the existing cooperation models and proposes directions for improvement. This paper constructs a new demand-oriented school-enterprise cooperation model, emphasizing the in-depth integration of curriculum development, practical teaching, and teacher sharing, and designs a guarantee system including policy support, teacher construction, and quality evaluation. The research conclusions provide a reference for higher vocational colleges to optimize the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and propose a feasible path for the innovation of talent cultivation models in the water conservancy industry.
