Research on the Reform Path of Preschool Education Major Guided by Talent Demand in the Early Education Industry

Abstract: The rapid expansion of the preschool education industry and the continuous optimization of education policies have led to a multi-level and multi-dimensional demand for high-quality talents. At present, there are deficiencies in the curriculum system, practical teaching, and faculty structure of preschool education major, leading to problems such as theoretical detachment from practice and lagging development of job skills; The inadequate cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises results in weak industry adaptability and innovation ability of graduates. This article focuses on talent demand orientation, proposes the construction of a job competency oriented curriculum system, strengthens school enterprise collaboration in education, promotes the construction of“dual teacher”teacher team and educational technology empowerment, and constructs a policy guarantee and multi-dimensional evaluation system to achieve the goal of continuous improvement and dynamic optimization of preschool education majors.
