Abstract: This article focuses on the improvement of digital literacy of vocational college teachers under the background of generative artificial intelligence (AIGC). By analyzing the new requirements for teachers'abilities in the digital transformation of vocational education and the reshaping effect of generative AI on teaching scenarios, it reveals the shortcomings of vocational college teachers'abilities in technology application, resource development, human-machine collaboration, and awareness of intelligent technology application standards; based on this, a four stage improvement mechanism with generative AI as the core, consisting of“evaluation intervention practice optimization”, is constructed, covering diagnostic systems, hybrid training, full process experiments, and data loops, providing a theoretical framework and practical path for the construction of vocational teaching staff in the intelligent era.

Key words: Generative artificial intelligence, Vocational college teachers, Digital literacy, Enhancement mechanism, Mixed training, Data closed loop
